Getting Started with Offer Campaign Categories

When you create or edit Offer Campaigns, you can optionally add them to one or more existing Offer Campaign Categories. Offer Campaign Categories allow you to collect Offer Campaigns together, typically for the purpose of displaying them on your website or app. For example, you can use the Loyalty APIs to request only the Offer Campaigns within a certain Category or Categories.

You can also search for Offer Campaigns on the Offer Campaigns screen based on their inclusion in a Category.

Access

The Offer Campaign Categories screen is used to view, create, and manage the Offer Campaign Categories in your loyalty program. To access the Offer Campaign Categories screen, select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Categories > Campaign from the side navigation menu.
